UR-SA Plastik Ambalaj ve Tekstil A.Ş., which was founded by Abdulkadir BÜYÜKKARDEŞ in 1979, has been following technological developments closely throughout the 30 years since its establishment, without compromising the principles of social responsibility and respect for the environment, with the understanding of always keeping quality standards at the highest level. It is one of the well-established integrated production facilities of our country, which continues its production activities without any interruption, and looks to the future with confidence, feeling the rightful pride of its 30 years of experience in production and industrialism.
Our company, which started its production life by making its first investment in the plastic sector in 1979 with the production of plain canvas, continued its investments in the following years, established its first extruder line in 1984, launched the Sulzer production line in 1985 and focused on the production of woven fabric made of polypropylene yarn.
Immediately after the weaving investments, new technology hose-sack weaving production lines were put into operation in 1986.
In the following years, capacity was increased by making additional investments in all manufacturing lines every year.
In 1996, the pipe sack weaving capacity was renewed and increased in number by equipping it with more advanced technology in line with developing technologies, and as a result of its growing capacity, our company put its factory in the Organized Industrial Zone into operation in the same year.
In 2000, the lamination line was renewed as required by high technology and new production lines were added.
Our company is one of the rare industrial enterprises that managed to grow and emerge without being affected by macroeconomic adverse conditions and crises.
In 2001, it did not pause its investments and renewed and increased its hose weaving capacity.
Our company, which made new garment and roll printing investments in 2002, added Lenzing and Raschel weaving tapes to its current production capacity in 2004, implemented new lamination lines in 2006, and invested in monofilament Raschel weaving and extruder lines in 2007, and continues to grow with new investments. .
